About the Book
Master Your Mind. Rebuild Your Strength. Rise in Every Area of Your Life.

This isn’t just a book about mountain biking, it’s a blueprint for how to navigate life.

Rooted in the principles of the trail but designed for real-world transformation, Liz Donahey shows you how to overcome fear, rebuild after setbacks, and step into unshakable confidence—no matter what you’re facing.

Through 23 clear, actionable principles, you’ll learn how to trust yourself, break limiting patterns, and move forward with strength, clarity, and purpose.
You don’t need a bike to apply these lessons.
You need the decision to rise.
This is about who you become after the fall.
And how you climb higher because of it.
