There’s something special waiting for you at Moore Creek Park mountain bike trails in St. Helena, overlooking the beautiful Napa Valley.
It’s more than just mountain biking. It’s confidence. Community. Adventure. It’s the feeling of trying something new, pushing past fear, laughing with friends, and realizing you’re capable of more than you thought.
This May, we’re inviting you to come experience it with us alongside your coaches, Liz Donahey and Kim Meredith.
Whether you’re completely new to mountain biking, returning after years away, or simply looking for a supportive environment to grow your skills, this beginner-friendly clinic is designed to help you feel welcomed, encouraged, and empowered every step of the way.

Beginner-Friendly Coaching in a Supportive Environment
One of the biggest fears many riders have is feeling intimidated.
Too technical. Too advanced. Too fast. That’s not what this experience is about.
Our clinics focus on creating a positive and encouraging atmosphere where riders can safely build confidence, improve skills, and enjoy the process of learning. You’ll receive hands-on coaching in a welcoming environment where progression matters more than perfection.
This is a place where questions are encouraged, friendships are formed, and riders of all backgrounds can grow together.
What You’ll Learn on the Trail
Throughout the clinic, riders will work on:
Body positioning and balance
Cornering fundamentals
Braking control
Climbing and descending techniques
Confidence on obstacles and uneven terrain
Trail awareness and line choice
Mental strategies for overcoming fear and hesitation
But the experience goes deeper than just riding skills.
Learn the Lessons From 23 Principles of Mountain Biking
Every rider attending the clinic will receive a free copy of Liz Donahey’s book, The 23 Principles of Mountain Biking.
As you ride alongside Liz Donahey and Kim Meredith throughout the day, you’ll not only learn practical riding skills, but also the deeper life lessons mountain biking teaches us:
resilience
courage
perseverance
patience
trust
overcoming fear
confidence through discomfort
Mountain biking becomes a mirror for life itself.
Many riders leave realizing the biggest transformation wasn’t just physical — it was mental and emotional too.
Bring Your Partner, Spouse, Friends, or Family
One of the best parts of this experience is sharing it with people you care about.
Bring:
